Brent Schludecker, President & Founder
Mr. Schludecker is the founding member of Midwest Compliance Laboratories and serves as its President. Mr. Schludecker has more than 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in multiple roles that include manufacturing technical support, project management, R&D, quality assurance, quality control, and validation. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Analyticial Chemistry, both from Purdue University. Mr. Schludecker has been previously employed by Eli Lilly and Company; Pfizer, Inc.; and Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC.
Mr. Schludecker's extensive network of professionals combined with his experience in the industry led him to his vision for Midwest Compliance Lab, recognizing the strong need for high quality laboratory services in the Midwest. Over the course of his career, he has experience managing both small and large projects with budgets exceeding $1 million. His vision for the company is to take advantage of the geography of the business along with the extensive amount of experience from his partners to build a
foundation that will assure the continued success of the company for years
to come.
Beth Lutz, Vice President of Operations
Mrs. Beth Lutz serves as the Site Quality Authority at MC Labs and has overall responsibility for Quality Assurance. Lutz is an expert in laboratory systems and equipment. She led the laboratory project to convert an administration building into a state-of-the-art, GMP/GLP compliant laboratory managing all aspects of the start-up operations. She has 31 years of laboratory experience with Pfizer with increasing levels of responsibility. From a bench technician to her most previous role as Manager of Technical Services Analytical, Lutz is a recognized expert in troubleshooting complex laboratory equipment and systems and has several years of experience as a respected trainer of laboratory personnel. Lutz holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Indiana State University.
Midwest Compliance Laboratories is also led by three other professionals with combined laboratory experience exceeding 60 years. These professionals have expertise in the areas of Analyticial Chemistry, Microbiology, and Foreign Matter Analysis.
